Another Throw Back Thursday… Just a couple of weeks after filming in Moscow, here we are in mesmerising Boston (USA) top floor of downtown, filming for a global finance corporate organisation. Our London producer / interviewer has been working with a trusted local crew, filming a series of interviews and producing a promotional video to showcase the values and services of this amazing company. Filmed in the US, edited in the UK, and distributed across the EU. And the view was out of this world!

Throw back Thursday! Here we are in Moscow (Russia

Throw back Thursday! Here we are in Moscow (Russia) - as with any other place on the planet we’ve been lucky to film in - we thoroughly enjoyed it. Really did. Such a great country, people, culture, history, food… the list goes on. Despite current geo politics (which is naturally difficult to ignore) we have fond memories of filming in Russia on those two separate occasions a few years ago, for a series of case studies and corporate videos at high level. We still have amazing local contacts there, as well as lovely interpreters, who supported us with filming visas, local safety, and for the filmed interviews. There is no moral to the story here, but one thing is true: we have over 15 years experience filming around the globe and we’ve always connected seamlessly with local cultures, transcending language barriers or political differences, in full respect of the brief we’ve been sent to cover. Differences are far fewer than what binds us all, especially when you work on the same project with a common goal. So yes, we keep this memory at heart, and we look forward to our next trip in that impressive part of the world.

So much to learn about AI - how to use it and implement it with existing creative practices etc… the message? Not to be afraid, learn how to use it, embrace it early so you don’t get puzzled later on when it’s used by everyone else. Our take? It’s only going to make the human mind and manual filming more magical and atmospheric. Vintage lenses will be the new heroes. Meeting in person on set a true joy.
