About video Production in general FAQ

Video production costs vary based on several factors:

1. Filming locations
2. Duration of filming and crew size
3. Complexity of the edited video (including animations)
4. Whether it’s a single video or a series – additional social media edits etc.

4. For animation, costs depend on style (2D vs 3D), additional voice over, and animation duration.

We work with various budgets, so we’ll find a solution that fits your needs.

The production process typically has three phases:

1. Pre-production: Define project requirements, target audience, platforms, and key messages. Create an outline or script, confirm budgets, and schedule filming dates.

2. Production: Capture necessary footage (interviews, events, demos) at relevant locations.

3. Post-production: Edit footage, add graphics, titles, and music. You’ll have a chance to review drafts before finalization.

Crew size depends on the job:

Simple interviews or case studies: A self-shooting videographer.

Preferred: A two or three person crew (producer/director, camera operators) for better coverage.

Complex projects may require additional crew members (e.g., sound recordist, drone operator), costed separately.

We’ll start with a meeting or questionnaire to understand your project requirements. Your input helps shape the video effectively.

We will ideally require your branding guidelines (things like official font, colour codes, logo etc)

Every project is unique, so feel free to discuss specific details with us.
